The Lodge
Step back in time in this vintage, newly renovated 1930s home. This home will sleep 10 guests with a sprawling enclosed porch that invites you, your family & friends in. Enjoy lawn activities in the beautiful front yard where you will also find the grill. Wine and dine and enjoy cove views on the back deck. The main floor offers a full size bedroom, a full bath, an eat-in kitchen with direct access to the porch, a classically set dining room and comfortable living room. The upstairs provides a full bath with double sinks and tub and three (3) bedrooms offering full beds with one room providing a set of twins. Enjoy a game of ping pong or pool in the basement!

The Cottage
Enjoy this newly constructed high-end Cottage. This home features three (3) bedrooms, two (2) full baths and will sleep up to 8 guests! There is an open concept kitchen with stainless appliances, beautiful countertops and kitchen island/dining table, and living area with ample windows letting in the beauty of the natural lighting. The main floor also includes a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Venture downstairs to find two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, sitting area with a futon and a walkout deck and the second bedroom hosts a king bed and a bunk bed, there is also a full bathroom on the lower level. Wake up and begin your day with a delicious cup of coffee sitting on one the decks looking down to the water’s edge.

Additional Information
Dock Space: Both homes offer a dock for your boat (up to 25') at your own private boat slip located on the property. Dock is located on a channel leading into Smith Cove (protected and no wake zone) with direct access out to Lake Winnipesaukee. Swimming is not allowed at the docks, but beaches are nearby; ask host for details.
Launch your boat at the nearby Glendale town docks which is in walking distance from the house and park your boat trailer on the property.

Guests have full access to house, spacious lawn, outdoor grill, deck, and waterfront docks.

Walk down a hill to the docks. Deep access in the channel. However, lake levels vary, especially near end of summer season. Currently approximately 3' depth at dock.

Bikes and Kayaks available to guests. Must sign waiver.

Hosts will be using a separate private driveway to access docks and other slips.

Some outbuildings on property that are not accessible to guests.
