Upon your request, a boat launch pass will be provided to you during your stay at Spring Harbor. The boat launch pass is good for the year 2024 and provides access to Glendale Town Docks boat launching, along with parking in the back parking lot only. Overnight parking is not allowed with this pass.
The boat launch pass is the sole property of Spring Harbor Lodge LLC. Any loss or damage to the boat pass will result in a $100 fine from Spring Harbor Lodge LLC. The pass MUST be returned on the last day of your stay and left on the kitchen counter next to the House Book. Should anything happen to the boat pass during your stay, the guest must notify the host immediately and prior to checkout.
By selecting "I (we) agree that if the Boat Launch Pass is lost..." You agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this acknowledgement.
You further agree that the use of a keypad, mouse or other device to select an item, button, icon, or similar action acts as if actually signed by you in writing.
